Online Therapy

This option (using a secure software similar to Zoom/Microsoft Teams) involves regular 50-minute video appointments, usually weekly or fortnightly. Most evidence-based therapeutic approaches that I offer in face-to-face work are also available in remote work, including humanistic, mindfulness-based approaches, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), or an integration of the various models.

However for those who are unable to make time for regular online video sessions, online therapy via email has two options. 

  1. One off email communication for guidance (for example about a certain technique) sent by client with one e-mail response returned by me. This may involve some further dialogue free or charge if anything requires clarification.

  2. An email dialogue with a requesting guidance with several challenges/techniques, with a response provided following each email received (normally within 48 hours) with a set price per 5 email responses provided.
